Bigg Boss 8 Update – Nominations, Sonali and An Apple Bring Much Drama
Nominations, re entry, a new spark and confusion over a fruit, much happened in the latest episode of Bigg Boss, aired on 2nd October.
The Apple Episode
Trust Bigg Boss housemates to create an issue over a fruit. It all started when Soni Singh wanted to have an apple but was unsure if it counted as a house luxury or not. She asked around and while most people seemed to be clueless, Diandra spoke up saying it did, in fact count as a house luxury since the same wasn’t available when they lived outside. Praneet scame forward to say that she could eat the apple since it wasn’t mentioned in the file Bigg Boss had sent regarding the rules. What followed was a long argument, especially between Diandra and Praneet, over an apple. Yes, an apple!
Who Nominated Who?
Before the nominations started, Bigg Boss announced that Deepshika was safe from nominations since she was the captain of the winning team and Sukirti was already nominated by Sonali after her eviction. Therefore, none of the house mates could take their names. Gautam wasn’t allowed to nominate anyone as a punishment for abusing Karishma during the task.

The Return Of Sonali And A Possible Spark?
As soon as all the nominations finished, Bigg Boss asked Sonali to come in to the confession room. The inmates were initially confused and then surprised to see Sonali enter and head straight to the confession room where Bigg Boss welcomed her back to the show.
As Sonali settled back into the house, she spoke about how much drama (referring to the task and the Karishma – Gautam fight) had happened in the last few days while laughing constantly. Her behaviour clearly irked Karishma, however, she refrained from making it a huge deal with Sonali and chose to go back and share it with house mates.
Meanwhile, there seemed to be some spark between Gautam and Sonali. Gautam sang for her not once, but twice.
The first time around, he put together a little silly song of his own (along the lines of “Sonlai, I’ll take you to Mohali, Diandra has gone to Bandra) in the kitchen and the second time was after lights off in the living room. While the rest of the inmates were in the sleeping room, Gautam, Sonali and Preetam were in the living room. This time around, the singing was accompanied with a little dance and a not so little kiss on cheek from Gautam to Sonali. The rest of the housemates seemed quite excited with this development and instantly started speaking about it. The episode ended with Gautam convincing Sonali to give him a kiss on the cheek too.
