Karanvir Bohra replaces SRK in Darr remake
Yash Chopra’s Darr, the romantic thriller that gave Shah Rukh Khan an opportunity to prove his mettle in acting, reportedly has a remake in the making.
This time, TV actor Karanvir Bohra has been given the opportunity to prove his acting prowess on the big-screen. Grapevine is abuzz that the TV star will be playing King Khan’s character in the film, which he is also co-producing.
The actor told Mumbai Mirror, “I can’t reveal anything about the story at the moment. But I can tell you that TV director Lalit Mohan took a break from shows for a year to concentrate on the pre-production of this film and a team of writers worked with him on the script”.
It is being said that the film will be shot in Mumbai and Manali.
“We roll in the first week of December. I am really nervous about the film. We are currently in the process of casting the other leads”, he added.
