The case involving “Preity-Ness” has been doing the rounds lately but how many of us actually know who Ness Wadia is? Many of us might just take a safe side by saying that well he is an “Indian Businessman” belonging to the Wadia family but that is not where this charming Parsi’s description ends! Ness has a lot of achievements on his list.
LINEAGE- GREAT GRANDSON OF MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH
Son of Nusli Wadia and Maureen Wadia, Ness Wadia is the grandson of Neville Wadia and Dina Wadia, and the great grandson of Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, and Maryam Jinnah. Surprising? Hell yeah!

Wadia completed his education from Lawrence School, India and is a pass out of Millfield School,England. Ness studied International Relations at Tufts University near Boston, Massachusetts, and then went on to do his M.Sc in Engineering Management at University of Warwick with a thesis titled “Leading to Success in India”.

Ness Wadia was the Deputy Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing and was later promoted to the post of Joint Managing Director which he stepped down from in March 2011 after which this post has been held by his younger brother,Jehangir Wadia.

Wadia is a co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Kings XI Punjab along with Bollywood actress Preity Zinta whom he is said to have been dating from February 2005 until 2009.

Ness is the owner of the Ferrari 348 which broke new ground with new technology and a whole new look. This car had filled the shoes of Ferrari’s most successful model to date and one that had become the moniker of Ferrari’s road presence.
SON OF MAUREEN WADIA
Ness Wadia is the elder son of Maureen Wadia, a former air hostess, who heads Gladrags magazine and is one of the forces behind the Mrs. India beauty pageant.
THE “PREITY-NESS” MESS
Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia don’t seem to be in any mood of leaving the front page anytime soon! The couple has been subjected to intense media scrutiny lately after Preity filed a complaint against Wadia accusing him of having molested, threatened and abused her at an IPL match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 30th May. Wadia has denied all allegations but the scene doesn’t seem to be calming down for the couple came back in news this week when a statement by Preity accusing Ness of having thrown burning cigarettes at her and having locked her up in a room even before the May 30th incident at Wankhede Stadium had taken place, was released.
