BIGG BOSS 8 – 1st Oct Recap – Move To The New House, Fights, Hygiene & More
Things have been heating up in the Bigg Boss house and October started with an episode filled with much drama. Here is a quick recap.
Talks of Gautam and Karishma’s Clash Linger On
The episode started with Gautam still being a point of discussion between Diandra, Sukirti and Upen. While Upen remained rather neutral, Sukirti and Diandra spoke about how Gautam’s apology didn’t seem to come from the heart.
Gautam too, discussed the issue later on in the episode with Pritam. He talked about how his feelings for Karishma are genuine and he knows what a big mistake he made by abusing her. He also added that Karishma was so involved in the task, that he actually got confused with her not so nice behaviour.
Praneet And His Hygiene Habits Are Discussed
Praneet took the kitchen scissors to cut/trim his mustache, a move that clearly irked Diandra. She went on to discuss the same with other housemates in the plane and the topic then moved further to his bathroom manners, something that Diandra was unhappy about again. The group reaches a consensus that Puneet will go and discuss the scissor issue with Praneet and thankfully, matters are resolved peacefully.
The Move To The New House
Deepshika’s team (which also included Karishma, Arya, Sushant, Minissha And Upen) had been waiting for, with baited breath, the move to the actual Bigg Boss House. Excitement was clearly at an all time high, and the moment the doors opened, screams of pure joy were heard loud and clear.
While the inside picture was all smiles, the outside one, was rather sad with the losing team’s morale clearly pretty low, especially since they were the better performers than the winning team at the task. The situation clearly got the better of Soni Singh who was upset that her good friend Karishma didn’t even bother acknowledging her role in getting her to the house. Things however got sorted later on when Puneet explained this situation to the winning team and Karishma went ahead and thanked Soni immediately.
Bigg Boss too, was clearly affected by the losing team’s low morale and decided to let them move into the house, without any luxuries however. These will have to be earned. Bigg Boss also asked the losing team to give 2 names, of those people whose performances in the tasks weren’t up to the mark. These two individuals would lose their right to earn the luxuries and would have to live without the same, for their entire stay. After much discussion, Gautam and Praneet’s names are given. The doors open again and the losing team shifts in.
Soni And Deepshika’s Tiff
Deepshika had clearly not forgotten Soni’s statement about her loud behvaiour during the task and was still upset about it. She saw it as a personal attack and refused to speak to Soni when Karishma encouraged her to talk it out. Soni comes in to the room and justifies her actions saying that she was only referring to Deepshika’s behaviour in the task, and not her personality. After much drama, especially from Deepshika’s side who does not seem to be too interested in sorting the issue out, the two ladies eventually hug it out, thanks to the persuasion from others.
